Delivery & returns
Both boards ship from Germany. Where you order decides which rules apply: orders on Lectronz or Tindie follow that marketplace's checkout, shipping table and buyer protection; direct orders on this website follow the terms below.
Shipping
Parcels are posted from Pullach near Munich within 2 business days of the order. Several boards travel in one parcel for a single shipping fee.

Prices, VAT and customs
Prices are final: no VAT is charged or shown under § 19 UStG (German small-business rule). Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country; these are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.
Cancellations
A direct order can be cancelled any time before it ships: write to hello@micropowercore.com and quote your order reference (MPC-…). The payment is refunded in full to the original means of payment.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a direct purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Return postage is paid by the buyer. The full statutory notice and the model withdrawal form are on the right of withdrawal page, and you can withdraw from contract here online.
Damaged or defective boards
If a board arrives damaged or does not work as specified, send a short description and photos to hello@micropowercore.com — for marketplace orders you can also use your Lectronz or Tindie order page. We arrange a replacement or a refund under applicable consumer law and, for marketplace orders, the marketplace's buyer protection rules.
